Take them apart and get some Brak-Clean and wash them throughly to remove any oils. Then use a coarse sand paper to brake the glaze off of the shoes and drums. Repaint any parts that need it so you don't have rust coming back. Clean out dust holes and just make everything like new and them you will have great brakes again. Ron
