[AT] ford backhoe

Lew i most likely know the least about this machine. But the few time 
i was in the market for a back hoe i looked at one like you 
described. The steering i think worked from a two way valve the cable 
came from top and turned the valve left or right. I would first look 
at the cable coming down it is most likely broke or stuck some where 
maybe disconnected at wheel.  And you will need to get them lights 
fixed incase you buy and want to load after dark.[lol]
