Actually Dave,  I spent a good bit of time trying to find a tractor.
The closest I came was 3 or 4 modern, small, Asian models.
I did go to an old sugar refinery museum on Maui that had a Holt tracklayer 
type tractor (seat mounted sidesaddle) with a bucket wheel excavator on it 
and also a Cat 30 and a Cat 50.  I took pictures of them.  I'll try to pass 
them along later.  Mostly over there they use heavy equipment to farm or 
very small stuff in the nursery and small coffee operations.  The sugar cane 
farms use stuff that looks like it belongs on an interstate highway project.
