[Farmall] Splitdorf mag

Nothing gummy , probably just worn like you said. I may change out the 
spring for a quick fix but most likely there is going to be some rebuilding 
involved. It has been developing this problem for quite some time. After 
getting a blister from cranking yesterday I've had enough--time to fix it.
