[AT] Fun with mowing

We had a 430 Case diesel a few years ago. It had a foot and a Hand clutch on 
the left side. The hand clutch would allow the PTO to keep running while 
allowing the tractor to stop. If this ain't right, I may have that sometimers 
memory thing coming on.
