[Farmall] WD-6 Engine Block Repairs

This might be a sleeping dog.  They evidently weren't causing any particular 
problem and the area isn't structural.  I'd consider V'ing the cracks just a 
bit, thoroughly cleaning them then filling the grooves with a filled epoxy 
such as JB Weld.
