What are you talking about?  See where it says I bought mine for about $70? 
I have an overrunning clutch on mine.

What I was saying if you don't have one, you have to bump it out of gear to 
stop.

out of control tractor, If I was you I would stop using it with the Brush
hog immediately before you ar someone gets seriously  hurt.
