[AT] Sale in Hanlontown IA?????

I am wondering if anyone has heard if there is going to be an estate (?) sale in 
Hanlontown IA. I drove by a place where a guy and his son had some old 
equipment Sunday. I know the father passed away some time back and I see where 
someone has been moving some of the old equipment around like they are getting 
ready for a sale, or maybe had a sale. Location is about 1/4 mile west of I-35 
going towards Hanlontown.
