[Farmall] Carburetor problems

I had my carburetor rebuilt by a dealer six months ago. I installed it and 
the Farmall H started right away. Since then I have had trouble with it. Latest 
problem is that gas runs right through carburetor when I try to start tractor. 
Before , the tractor would start and run for 10 min. and stop . now i can not 
get it to start at all. any help would be appreciated.
