[AT] Bolens 850

I  had the winning bid  at  our neighbors sale  on an  850 Bolens.    are any 
of you  "experts on this thing"
I tried to  put it in gear and   it rolls,    I tried putting on  what I 
thought was a  brake and it rolls free.
 
the Wisconson motor doesnt  run  but I figured that.
 
What I really wanted at the sale  was   an  Arcade 70  HP- Oliver   orchard 
tractor      that the old lady let me play with once as a kid (no I didnt tear 
it up)     but   I lost that.
