Hi Bear, I run into the Bambi sydrome some. Unfortunately for some folks 
there is no cure. For others once critters start ruining their stuff they 
can finally begin to understand. My mentality is if it is causing noteworthy 
damage, do something about it--otherwise leave it alone.

We have some folks with the Bambi mentality that think we should not bother 
them at all.  Hate to think what replacing a 1000' earthen dam 40' high 
would cost after they allow erosion to cut the structure in the beaver 
slides.
