[AT] mice & coons

I suspect it would work fine if they had a taste for sweet liquids. I've
not a clue what beavers would like for a snack. I was told dogs had to be
kept away but that cats wouldn't bother with it. I don't have a dog and I
shut the cat up for the night just in case. Was concerned about deer but
they didn't bother it.

Will this technique work on beavers as well? If so, I'll have a whole
passel of other questions...

I'll second that technique, indeed I just came in the house from burying
last night's coon. I usually just take varmits some distance from
civilization and let the other varmits dismantle them, but with this potent
poison I thought I'd better not do that.

Ralph, try "one step". It's called "one step" cause that's about as far as
they go after consuming the stuff. Get some Yellow fly bait from the
elevator (actually it's blue in color), mix it up with some Coke or oil from
tuna fish and set it out in tempting locations. It will however also take
care of dogs. Cats will regurgitate the mix (usually) Keep up where kid big
and small cannot get into it. I use plastic tools to mix and plastic
containers for service. It works WELL!. JG
