>From what I recall of the ones I have seen, they used the swept back utility axles with taller spindles and the taller 38" rear tires. So they are a higher clearence version of the utility. They had all the other features of the utility models. Mike Schmudlach may be able to tell more about them. I know some of the ones I saw were in collections he showed us on our trip to Madison.

That one had me wondering when I sent it out. "hi utility" is a term 
that I have never heard before. To me, an IH "utility" tractor was 
always a "low rider" version of a standard WF Farmall tractor, with an 
underslung muffler, low profile air cleaner intake and 24" or 28" rear 
tires. I am having trouble picturing what a "hi utility" with standard 
38" rear tires would be unless it is a standard WF Farmall with an 
underslung muffler and low profile air cleaner intake. Or maybe the 
seller doesn't know what he is talking about...
