[AT] New Holland 57 rake

I use surplus center www.surpluscenter.com  for PTO shafts.  Their 
shipping is not as bad as others.  They also have some surplus shafts 
and a lot of pulleys. 
I had to get a sending unit for my JD 400 Loader and the dealer wanted 
about $100.  Got the gauge and sending unit from NAPA for $32
