[AT] Bolt Grades

I bought some "grade 8" bolts by the pound from a farm supply house (not
TSC) a few years ago and tried to use them to mount a hitch. When I put a
torque wrench on them to set them at the 150 ft/lbs required by the hitch
manufacturer the nuts pulled the threads off the bolts. That left the nuts
less than tight but impossible to remove. I had to cut them out and start
over with some REAL grade 8 bolts from an industrial fastener supply house.

I think the first ones were Asian made knock offs. The moral of the story
is be careful about buying cheap bolts just because they have grade 8
markings on them. I don't have a clue what the UH stands for. Grade 8
bolts have 6 straight bar marks radiating out from the center.
