[AJD] 70 Starter

A friend is looking for a 70 starter either good or rebuild able.  The one
he has had the cone welded on the end and its creating bind and wont turn.
So, if anyone has either a cone, or a good shell, this friend would be
interested in purchasing it.  Thanks
