[AT] IE 7.0

Hi George, you have already answered your own question" I got it on a 
new computer" Your IE7 was part of windows when the Operating system was 
installed, it and windows are all together. But try to just add IE7 my 
itself to an existing opersting system and chances aren't so good of it 
functioning just right. Ed
