[AJD] French and Hecht front wheel info needed

I've acquired a pair of round spoke cut off front
wheels. The hub has the casting number of HA510B.  

I compared it to  the front steel wheels on a 1929 GP.
The GP steel has a  casting number HA229C. The center
hubs and spokes  look  very similar on these sets of
wheels.

 I was hoping that the list members who are more
knowledgeable about wheels can help to identify what
the HA510B wheels were used for.
