[AT] O/T weather out west

I grew up down the road from a family with 3 boys.  All of them have worked 
all of their lives in powerline construction.  That's one job I don't want. 
All of them have managed to stay safe doing that work but I knew one kid 
that got killed working power and a couple more that have had arms and or 
legs blown off.  Even in good weather it's a bad job.
