[Steam-engine] 60HP Case on eBay item #260072017874

Anybody see this on eBay: 60HP Case on eBay item #260072017874. What are the 
12 spoke wheels off of?  They sure do not appear to be Case. Appearently it 
is also missing the Stack and crankshaft among other parts. Has anyone here 
gone over and had a look at the boiler? Steve
