[AT] Magazines subscriptions...Again!

An open letter to anyone on the list with any ideas:

Today I received my first issue of "Glamour" magazine, along with a bill 
which also says I purchased a gift subscription for a "Georgia Willer" at 
1310 Cole Rd., Fremont, OH.  I, of course, have never ordered any 
subscriptions from these people.  I have absolutely no proof that this is a 
certain former list member, but it seems that the main persons being 
targeted are those who in the past have made negative comments to 
him.  Would appreciate any actions that could or should be taken, 
especially with the USPS.  Nothing to show when or who ordered this except 
that it was ordered on 12/26/06.
