On my side of NC we have a little more snow clearing equipment but the
attitude is "wait 'til tomorrow" (and that usually is good as normally
by then any snow/ice is off the roadways). Now if we get the storm of
the decade that doesn't work at all. Usually when the roads are plowed
they manage to pull up all the patches in the asphalt.
