The scuttlebutt in the technical community is that this will
eventually do a lot but there are some serious noise issues to address
first. This technology radiates considerable RF noise and is also
susceptable to a bunch of noise. Apparently it works, but the FCC
still has to buy off on it (last I heard).
bottom line: I'd do some research on the technology and ask the
provider some hard questions before signing up for it. better yet, ask
for a demo and see if it wipes out other communications (radio, TV)
before getting too comfortable with it.
Just my opinion.
