Why not buy a bottle of FUEL PREP 1000 , pour enough into tank ( a quart 
bottle treats 250 gallons ) , mix up with fuel and then use it .That is the 
only treatment on the market that I know of that will kill algae .

Algae will make the filter people happy, theys a tank out her with about 
50galon algae diesel fuel in it.
Go broke buying filters, get 4-5 hours out of the filters running that stuff 
in IHC 560D.
You can make a boiler to burn garbage tires hay whatever will burn.
make your own tractor with steam engine. I dont think the goverment would 
say much if you were using it to farm with.
