We often move bins in this part of the country. Always with wooden 
floors. I don't know if yours has a floor or not. The moving wheels I 
have were specially built for the job. A couple pairs of those heavy 
duty trailer tires, about an 8 inch diameter wheel if I recall. Each 
pair welded to a piece of channel iron. This channel iron is then bolted 
to the bottom of the wooden skids on each side. We have a hitch that 
bolts to the centre skid with lag bolts. Ball hitch on the back of a 
tractor or pickup truck and down the road we go. I've only moved the 14 
foot diameter bins myself but it could work on the wider ones too.
