Mystery tool (was Re: [AT] eBay auctions for "rare" stuff

Somebody on the "antique tool" list found a patent drawing of a 
virtually identical tool <http://tinyurl.com/2td55z>, and it is 
described as a tool for setting saw teeth.

The eBay seller has changed his description accordingly.
