[AT] OT-getting live human

    I needed to straighten out a problem with my credit card. Kept getting 
the automated choices, none of which was helpful, finally on the third call, 
I loudly said into the phone that I needed to talk to a real person. 
Immediately a man answered the phone laughing. he had indeed been monitoring 
the phone and heard my call. He was very helpful, giving me the phone number 
to call where I talked to a very helpful "real" person.
