Charlie - When I wanted to expand the battery compartment on one of our Yardman garden tractors, I borrowed a metal-cutting skill saw from a neighbor who operates a custom auto body shop. I was surprised how it cleanly cut thru the metal. Not blazing fast, but faster than I'd thought. It also left a nice clean edge. Bob
