If you get the chance to see the 2007 HECA show video there is one of these machines opertaing in it. Quite the machine. Those Detroits are real sceamers.

The other night we watched a rerun of Lilies of the Field and there was 
this HUGE crawler which intrigued me so I Googled and found it. The Euclid 
TC-12 was made by General Motors in 1955 with two GM 6-71 400+ hp diesels. 
The right motor ran the right track and the left motor ran the left track. 
The tractor was basically split in half and weighed 40 ton.
