[AT] Harbor Freight Plasma Cutters

Anyone have any experience with Harbor Freight Plasma Cutters?  Their latest ad has them at $699.00 and a 15% off coupon is in the flyer.  That brings the cost down to $594.15 plus tax at the local Harbor Freight Store. 

Price sounds good, but are they decent performers?  It is a 230V Inverter Plasma Cutter with Digital Display, 60% Duty Cycle at 40 Amps, cuts steel up to .47 inches.   Item # 95136.
