[AT] Winter roads and impact on crops

I see quite a bit of roadside damage here in Illinois, especially with 
evergreens, from what I suspect is salt damage.  They uses the stuff 
VERY heavily here, anytime the roads are not CLEAN, everyone (well, most 
:-) ) scream.
