Yep, they did make it.  I have a mower with a 25HP B&S that has it.  They 
call this system a Power Link.  It has two 120 volt outlets.  I understand 
they have stop making it because it didn't go over too good.  I don't really 
understand why it didn't go over, it is handy to have.  Nice to have a self 
propelled small generator too.  I would have to do a little research to see 
what the output is.  It will run skill saw, hedge trimmer and things like 
that without any trouble.  I think it would run a freezer also, but have 
never tried it.
