there is a   "FARMER"  near  us  that has   6  HUGE  generators   on  semi 
trailers.    The US government  has him on retainer  for  such needs as you  
describe at  (hearsay )  $4mill   a year   and  600,000 a day they run.    Now   
that's just  for governemental use
 
and from the  way the place has shaped up in the last   7yrs    at least  
half might be true..
