I won't even try to pronounce that word, but it sounds good to me, either way, the point is, I love pickled herring, but I have always been a little odd.

Enjoy, Joe

Ok then I know what you're aiming at. It's homemade and kind of hard to
xport the cream would turn sour. Nowadays on the other hand there is this
kärgårdssill (archepilaggioherring) which is the closest you get as a
onserve but then only in a glassjar. But I could try that if there's a real
emand.

 Ok,

Maybe creamed herring isn't popular in your neck of the woods, but it's
pickled herring in a heavy cream sause. I assumed it was Swedish as it's
quite common in the mining country of Northern Michigan heavily settled by
the Swedish, Finnish, and Danes in the early 1900's. My grandfather was
Dutch, and we always had creamed herring as a snack during the holidays,
just typing about it is giving me a craving for it...

 Enjoy, Joe
