[Steam-engine] Boiler Inspections

If the boiler is an historic boiler, one must do a UT exam every five  years, 
and calculations made using the original or a contemporanious  code  of 
construction, or the NBIC appendix C to determine mawp.  A  visual and hydrostatic 
test to 1.25 of mawp is also required.  The annual  inspection fee for power 
boilers in Texas is $120.
