[AT] Wind Chill (was RE: oil change)

J, the frost on the grass is absolutely not because of windchill, At least
not here since it occurs when theres no wind at all. It also has to be clear
enough to let "heat" radiate causing frost. This is absolutely not the time
to make a old change.

Mattias who probably is wrong but in good company if so.
