[AT] oil for old engines

Most old tractor engines didn't have a whole lot of valve spring pressure 
and what ever it did have, is probably mostly gone by now so, the high loads 
mentioned on flat tappet cams is probably not going to be an issue on the 
old tractors anyway.
The cam lobes are probably worn down too. So there
