[AT] link to eBay tractors

Well, I still have problems getting to the Antique Tractor Section and have 
Ebay Support working on it.  It appears Ebay is doing a test of a new 
interface and I'm one of the lucky ones to test it.  You guys are going to 
hate it.  Now they are saying I have Cookies misconfigured.  What a mess.
