Leroy,

Harbor Freight has 1/2" torque wrenches at very reasonable price. Probably
good enough for occasional usage.

Its just frustrating at times.

Anyway, I hope its doesn't need any big repairs.  I guess I'll need to buy a
torque wrench in order to do this right?
