[AJD] Model D flywheel part numbers

FedEx and UPS have a 150 lb. weight limit for package
shipping services. An H flywheel weighs less than that
and could ship via UPS or FedEx. I would imagine the D
flywheel may weigh more 150 lbs. (I know a G flywheel
is about 160 lbs.). So the only option would be truck
freight, which is ridiculously more expensive. FexEx
Freight for 160 lbs. would be $544 from zip 95695 to
zip 75650, for example. Hardly cost effective.
