[AT] OT: Incompetent business practices

[CEE VILL]

Based on how long it takes me to get things done these days, Charlie, 22 
days to walk to the mailbox didn't seem like irrational thinking.  Having to 
do almost everything with just one arm. it took half of Saturday and a 
couple of hours on Sunday just to put new brakes on my P.U. truck.  I 
couldn't get by without little perks like knee pads and impact wrenches.
