[AT] OT: Incompetent business practices

Sorry for the OT but I just had to share this.  I don't know if I should 
laugh or be mad.  I guess I'll laugh because that is better for me.

I got a mailing from Staples office supply chain today.  Inside it had their 
rewards card that gives me a discount on stuff from their store.
As an EXTRA REWARD it included a $5.00 off coupon good for ink, paper or 
printer supplies.   The coupon expires 07/31/2007.
Now is that customer service or what?  LOL

I called the 800 number.  When the  guy finally answered I told him what I 
just told the list and hung up while he was trying to figure out what to 
say.
