I've just had a very unpleasant experience with them.
They always have a half page ad in Two Cylinder, Antique Power and other
magazines depicting how adept they are including all "guarantees" pertaining

to testing, rebuilding , and a 3 day turn around.

I bit and sent them a DLTX carburetor off a green thing.
9 business days go by and I finally phoned them in Ohio and was told it was
ready. I asked how much and was told she didn't have that information in
front of her. Well duh, thinking they gotta be fair gave them the credit
information.
The package finally arrived and to my complete dismay the carburetor was
painted and a note included stated it was unrepairable, sorry. Well to get
it there cost $15 from my end , $24 from their end, but what's
worse they charged $100 for their efforts.
A simple phone call that coincided with their "guarantee" would've been
nice, and maybe I could have saved the return shipping at
least.

Now the battle begins.................Beware!!!
