[Farmall] need help solving a dilemma

This same problem came up in a discussion on another forum a few months 
ago.  The purchaser solved it by taking the radiator to a local radiator 
repair shop where they  relocated the outlet.  After painting you could 
not tell the work had been done, and it was cheaper than shipping it back.
