Big article on CNC last night (about 10 p.m.?) about eBay proviides a high return rate for huge illegal fencing operations.    The example I remember was a store video of half dozen guys coming in and grabbing over $100,000 of expensive ladys handbags and were gone in less than two minutes.      The ebay spokesmans comment was ebay operates under the premise that everyone is honest.
