[Farmall] O/T tool question

Not sure on the spelling either, but I believe this is nothing more than 
an expanding tube that you fit into a space. You remove it and measure it 
with a standard tape measure to get the inside dimension.  I've done 
similar things using adjustable shower rods and curtain rods. Adjust them 
till they fit as snug as you like, pull them out, and measure.
