[Farmall] O/T tool question

Guys-
Harbor Freight offers such a device but, frankly, I am not overly enthused as to the quality/durability/accuracy of their offerings.  Then again, their "version" is a mere $8.00.  What is that old saying about getting what you pay for?;-)
The "real deal" is of German manufacture and is very pricy.
