Is there any truth to the notion that storing cordless drill battery packs in the fridge extend their life? I find this hard to believe since I ruined the last cordless drill batteries because I left them in my unheated shop during the winter. Now they barely hold a charge. Also, any suggestions on a good mid-range cordless 1/2" drill? Thanks, Dick Day
