To run a PS system off a hyd system that is also running a 3pt or a loader 
or other loads.. you will at least need a priority valve for the PS.. and 
let it get it's oil first, then let the leftover run the rest of the system.

Yes.. the more gpm/pressure a hyd pump is putting out.. the more hp it will 
require from the engine.
