>From the "They Don't Make 'Em Like They Used To" department, today we went up the road to my mother-in-law's place to do some clean-up work after the big nor'easter of a week ago. My Jim Dandy had set in the barn since last October, so I wondered how it would start. After checking everything over, testing the battery, I climbed aboard, gave it some gas, choked it, and turned the key. I don't think it turned over more that 3 or 4 times and took off. That little tractor is a rock! I suspect some appreciative soul will still be using it when I'm long gone.
